A 10-week group experience to ditch the limiting beliefs, patterns, and burnout that have kept you spinning your wheels. Whether you’re growing a business or overhauling your life—this program meets you right where you’re at.

We’ll explore the places you feel stuck—diving into your open centers and other chart dynamics to uncover the patterns running the show. We’ll reframe how to work with your energy, so you can make decisions (and live your life) in a way that actually feels aligned and sustainable for you.
This is a small group experience designed to meet you where you’re at — alongside other emboldened homies — with the option to extend into 1:1 coaching.

Can’t make a virtual workshop you paid for? No stress, you’ll get the replay within 48 hours
In-person workshops are live-only. No recordings.
Coaching sessions must be used within the timeframe listed in your package.
You get 1 reschedule per session, with 48 hours’ notice required.
Showing up more than 15 minutes late (online or in person) = no-show, and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Nope. All workshops and coaching programs are beginner-friendly unless otherwise stated. You’ll get what you need, exactly where you’re at — no prior HD obsession required.

1 reschedule per coaching session, with 48 hours’ notice.
