If you’re asked to provide info to access certain parts of the Website (like booking forms, contact pages, etc.), that info must be accurate, current, and yours. You agree to keep it that way.

Trademarks + Logos

The name Camille Curro, our logos, slogans, workshop/program names, and anything else brand-related are trademarks of the Company. You’re not allowed to use them without our explicit written permission. Other logos and names you might see here belong to their rightful owners—we’re not trying to steal anyone else’s work either.

This Is Not Legal, Tax, or Medical Advice (Obviously)

Everything on this Website—whether it's a blog post, workshop, downloadable, or a casual sidebar comment—is meant to be educational and informational. It’s not legal advice. It’s not tax advice. It’s not medical advice. And it’s definitely not a replacement for working with a qualified professional who knows the details of your unique situation.

You’re responsible for how you use what you learn here. We trust you to be a grown-up and use your best judgment.

Sliding Into Our Inbox Doesn’t Equal a Contract

If you email us through the Website or use any form to get in touch—cool! We love hearing from you. Just know that sending a message doesn’t create a business relationship, a coaching agreement, or any kind of official arrangement. It’s just a message until we both agree otherwise.

We Communicate Electronically (Because... 2025)

By using the Website or contacting us via email, you agree to receive communications from us electronically. That includes updates, confirmations, receipts, and occasional friendly reminders. You also agree that digital communication satisfies any legal requirement that things be “in writing.” Because seriously—who’s sending letters?

We do our best to keep your emails and info secure, but we can’t 100% guarantee confidentiality (especially if something legal comes up). If you’re sending super sensitive stuff, keep that in mind.

No Chatrooms Here—Keep It External

This Website doesn’t currently host public comment sections, forums, or messaging features. If you're engaging in conversations or community features related to our content, it’s likely happening on third-party platforms (like Substack, etc.), and those platforms have their own rules and policies. Be sure to review them.

We’re not responsible for anything that happens in those external spaces, even if they’re connected to our brand.

Sharing Ideas Is Cool—Just Know We Might Use Them

If you choose to send us feedback, ideas, or other creative content (like suggestions, concepts, taglines, etc.), you’re granting us permission to use it in our business without compensation, credit, or obligation. That includes emails, DMs, or any other way you reach out with unsolicited ideas.

Services You Might Book (and How You Can Use Them)

We offer a variety of services including:

• Live and virtual Human Design workshops

• 1:1 and group coaching programs

• Web design projects

• IT consulting and digital strategy support

When you purchase or book any of these, you’re getting a limited, non-transferable license to access the content or work we deliver—for your personal or internal business use only.

That means:

• You can’t resell, republish, or redistribute what you receive.

• You can’t share paid workshop links, coaching materials, or deliverables with others unless we’ve explicitly said it’s allowed.

• You can’t take what we provide and turn it into your own thing (no remixing it into your own offers or slapping your logo on our stuff, please).

We put care, time, and experience into what we create—so please respect the work and the boundaries around it.

Free Stuff Still Has Boundaries

If you receive any free materials (like reflection guides, workshop handouts, or downloadable resources), the same thing applies. You’re welcome to use them for personal insight and biz clarity—but not to resell, reproduce, or claim as your own.

Sometimes We Feature Other Voices

From time to time, we may share interviews, guest content, or conversations with other experts—whether that’s on a podcast, blog, workshop, or elsewhere. These guest contributors are responsible for their own views and opinions. We do our best to feature awesome, aligned folks—but we don’t guarantee the accuracy or reliability of everything they say.

If someone appears as a guest in any of our content, they agree to let us use and share that content as needed—across platforms, formats, and timezones. Basically: if you show up as a guest, you’re giving us permission to repurpose and promote the interview, with or without attribution.

Cancel Anytime (But No Refunds)

If you're enrolled in a subscription-based service (like a paid Substack tier), you can cancel at any time by contacting us at hello@camillecurro.com. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again. Easy peasy.

However, all sales are final. That applies to:

• Workshops (live or virtual)

• Coaching sessions or packages

• Digital strategy and consulting services

• Any paid resources or products offered through the Website

We don’t offer refunds, returns, or exchanges—no exceptions. Please make sure you’re ready to commit before purchasing. We’re happy to answer any questions in advance.

No Guarantees, No Magic Wands

We do our best to keep the Website up to date, accurate, and full of helpful insights. But we make no guarantees—explicit or implied—about:

If a disagreement ever pops up between you and Camille Curro, LLC, you agree to handle it privately through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida. No courtroom drama. No class-action lawsuits. Just two adults working it out the grown-up way (with lawyers if we must).

You’re also responsible for any legal costs involved in starting arbitration—so let’s both aim to solve things before it gets that far.

If You Break the Rules, You Cover the Fallout

If you misuse this Website or violate these Terms, and that leads to any kind of legal mess, you agree to cover the costs. That includes any claims, damages, fees, or expenses that come up because of your actions.

We Can Cut Ties If Needed

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website, services, or anything related—at any time and for any reason. Especially if you’re violating these Terms, misusing our content, or being shady.

We’re Not Business Partners (Just Internet Friends)

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the new version replaces the old one, and we’ll post it right here. The most current version is always the one that applies—so if you’re checking policies, make sure you’ve got the latest.
