Every year, it’s the same New Year’s resolutions: Lose weight, eat right, work out more, clean out the attic (or basement)….
“I resolve to not have new year’s resolutions.” Why wait until the start of a new year to wig out over a list of things that won’t get done?
Tip: Make your list smaller and you’ll accomplish much more.
Whether it’s committing to going to the gym twice a week (you can work up to three or four), or starting that blog (yeah, that’s a dig on myself) – the list doesn’t need to be so enormous you freeze at the sight of it.
Start small and go from there. It doesn’t all need to be completed by the end of January. You have twelve months to get shit done.
